What is SERVIR?
SERVIR is a contemporary tabletop design brand. We create objects that sit between function and form — designed to be seen, not hidden.
What is the material made of?
SERVIR pieces are made from a recycled polyurethane (PU) leather composite, incorporating both post-consumer and pre-consumer recycled content. It is selected for its durability, structure, and refined tactile finish. A considered alternative to traditional leather.
Full composition: 40% recycled post-consumer polyester, 18% recycled pre-consumer polyurethane, 18% polyurethane, 14% calcium carbonate, 10% protein.

Are the products sold individually or as sets?
Our pieces are offered in curated sets to preserve balance across the table.
How should I care for my SERVIR pieces?
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or direct heat. Do not soak in water or soap. Designed to age with use.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia, New Zealand and selected destinations across Asia, including South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan. We're continuing to expand internationally. Join our mailing list to be notified as new destinations become available.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within a few business days. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Returns
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns on unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at info@servirstudio.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence for a replacement or full refund.
